From assuming office in 2014 until February 2026, Narendra Modi has undertaken 99 foreign visits covering 79 countries. During this period, he has also addressed 19 foreign parliaments, highlighting India’s expanding global footprint.
These visits have focused on strengthening bilateral relations, boosting trade and investment, enhancing defense cooperation, promoting technology partnerships, and expanding India’s strategic presence worldwide.
Modi’s speeches in foreign parliaments have often emphasized democratic values, economic collaboration, climate action, and India’s role as a key global partner. His diplomatic outreach is widely regarded as one of the most active by any Indian Prime Minister in recent history.
The milestone reflects India’s growing influence on the global stage and its proactive engagement with major powers as well as emerging economies.
