Construction work has begun on the grand Phoenix Mall project by the Phoenix Group, which is set to create a new landmark in Coimbatore.
The mall is being developed in the Avinashi Road–Navinthiya area and is expected to become the largest shopping mall in Coimbatore. The project, valued at ₹670 crore, will be spread across 9.16 acres and will feature a total built-up area of approximately 1.26 million square feet.
Once completed, the mall is expected to significantly boost retail, entertainment, and commercial activity in the city, marking a major step in Coimbatore’s urban development.
