An Inter-College Men’s Staff Cricket Tournament will be organized by Tamilnadu College of Engineering, Karumathampatti, Coimbatore, on March 29, 2026. The tournament will take place at the TCE Cricket Ground and is expected to witness enthusiastic participation from staff members representing various colleges.
The event aims to promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and camaraderie among teaching and non-teaching staff from different educational institutions. Participants will compete in a knockout format, adding excitement and competitive spirit to the tournament.
Matches will be conducted with varying overs formats, including 10, 12, and 15 overs per side, depending on the stage of the competition. This format is designed to ensure a dynamic and fast-paced cricketing experience throughout the tournament.
At the end of the competition, trophies and medals will be awarded to the winning team as well as the runner-up team in recognition of their performance.
The tournament is expected to bring together staff members from multiple colleges for a day of sports, friendly competition, and networking within the academic community.
