INNER ENGINEERING elucidated for JCI COIMBATORE INDCITY

JCI (Junior Chamber International) Coimbatore Indcity conducted its 4th ID (individual development) programme on Tuesday 24 February 2026 from 06.30 PM to 08.30 PM at Hotel Chettinaad Courtyard, Saibaba Colony. The programme was titled“ INNER ENGINEERING" and was facilitated by Jc.HGF.Chandra Kumar, National Trainer, JCI India. 

Jc.Sridharan Yuvaraja, President, JCI Coimbatore Indcity welcomed the gathering. JFM.Gowri, Vice President - Training, JCI Coimbatore Indcity introduced the trainer and the objectives of the ID programme. Jc.S.M.Palaniappan, Past President, JCI Coimbatore Indcity and Zone 17, JCI India presented a memento on behalf of JCI Coimbatore Indcity to the trainer. Jc Elangathir, Zone Vice President, Zone 17, JCI India, Past Presidents, office bearers and members of JCI Coimbatore Indcity participated in the programme. 

Jc.HGF.Chandra Kumar began by expressing his happiness in facilitating an ID programme for a dynamic LO with 43 years of legacy. He easily broke ice with the participants and demystifed the term Inner Engineering in a very simple yet strong manner. Enjoying thorough audience attention, he delivered an energetic and engaging session. He made the participants understand how inner thoughts shape results. He went on to explain the NLP communication model that would help improve clarity and influence in communication. He emphasised how belief of excellence drove high achievers. He then concluded by making a very appealing case for re engineering mindsets for better results and relationships. His dynamic approach encouraged the participants to actively get involved, learn how to set their minds with clarity, and stay positive. The audience were highly appreciative of the trainer and JCI Coimbatore Indcity for a well organised ID programme.
