The International Cricket Council (ICC) has released its latest T20 batting rankings, and India’s opening batter Abhishek Sharma continues to hold the No.1 position despite a recent dip in form.
The T20 World Cup is currently underway, with England having qualified for the Super 8 stage, while the qualification status of other teams remains uncertain.
India’s Ishan Kishan has climbed three places to secure the fifth spot, taking the total number of Indian players in the top 10 to four. Pakistan’s Sahibzada Farhan has impressed by moving up to third place, while South Africa’s Dewald Brevis has made a significant jump of 10 places to claim the ninth position.
