Is Trisha Taking a Break from Films? Rumours Spark Debate Among Fans
Rumours are circulating that actress Trisha may step away from films after not signing new projects for three months, raising questions about her future plans.
Leading South Indian actress Trisha Krishnan has sparked speculation among fans after reports suggested that she has not signed any new films in the past three months.
Trisha, who made her debut with Mounam Pesiyadhe, has been a prominent figure in the film industry for over two decades. She has worked alongside top stars including Rajinikanth, Kamal Haasan, Ajith Kumar, Vijay, Suriya, Vijay Sethupathi, and Silambarasan.
In recent years, she appeared in films like Leo, Thug Life, and Vidaamuyarchi.
Speculation about her future grew after she attended a high-profile event alongside Vijay, which became a talking point on social media. Additional controversy followed comments made by actor Parthiban at a private event.
Despite rumours suggesting that she may step away from full-time cinema or even consider entering politics, there has been no official confirmation from Trisha regarding such plans.
Meanwhile, Trisha continues to have several projects lined up. Her upcoming Tamil film “Karuppu” is expected to release in May. She is also reuniting with Suriya after many years, following their earlier collaborations like Aaru and Aaytha Ezhuthu.
In addition, she has projects in other languages, including the Malayalam film “Ram” and the Telugu film “Vishwambhara,” which are set for release soon.
While reports suggest she has declined a few recent offers, including a Telugu film and web series, the reasons behind her decision remain unclear. For now, her future in cinema continues to be a subject of speculation among fans and industry observers.
