JCI COIMBATORE METROPOLIS' CEO CHAT HELPS YOUNG LEADERS DON THINKING HAT

JCI Coimbatore Metropolis proudly hosted CHAT with CEO, a signature leadership interaction designed to bring authentic CEO thinking closer to Jaycees and emerging entrepreneurs.The first edition held on Sunday, 01 February 2026 featured Raghulan Gowthaman , Founder of Virtua Technologies. Virtua Technologies is a global technology enterprise delivering solutions across multiple domains. His journey, clarity of thought, and grounded approach made the session both inspiring and practical. Jc Muzzamil Musthafa and Jc Shalini Bhupesh Kumar facilitated the lively chat. Jc.Jesco Mohammed, Past President of JCI Coimbatore Metropolis and District Coordinator, JCI India Zone 17 honoured the CEO on behalf of Jaycees. 

The CHAT with CEO program was thoughtfully structured into three engaging segments.

Segment 1: What Raghulan Says? - This segment explored his entrepreneurial journey, leadership values, early struggles, and the realities of building scalable businesses. His honest reflections offered the audience a clear view of what it truly takes to sustain growth and relevance in today’s business environment.

Segment 2: What is Raghulan's Choice? - A fast-paced and interactive round that tested decision-making instincts. Through rapid-fire choices and business dilemmas, the audience witnessed how a CEO thinks under pressure, prioritizes impact, and stays focused amidst uncertainty.

Segment 3: How to define Raghulan's Perspective? - The most thought-provoking segment of the evening. Three visual cues were presented to the CEO — a smartphone, a clock, and a mirror — and he was asked to share his business perspective based on each image. This segment left a lasting impact, pushing members to think beyond tactics and focus on mindset.

The session was highly engaging, insightful, and energizing. CHAT with CEO once again reinforced JCI Coimbatore Metropolis’ commitment to creating meaningful platforms where real experiences translate into real learning. The success of this edition has set a strong foundation for many more powerful CEO conversations ahead. The Jaycees and Young Entrepreuners found the programme unique and refreshing and looked forward to more such interactions.
