Boomers to GenZs - JCI Coimbatore Cosmo spotlights on inter generational differences

JCI (Junior Chamber International) Coimbatore Cosmo, the longest serving JCI local organisation in Coimbatore organised its first ID (individual development) programme for the year on 20th February 2026 at Hotel Le Palace, Tatabad from 06.30 PM to 08.30 PM.The programme was titled "Boomers to GenZs - Decoding the Past & Future" and it was faciliated by JC A.J Mohamed Rafi, Trainer, JCI India known for being savvy to new era technologies and trends.

The programme was very insightful and engaging. The programme was a beautiful training experience that gave the participants valuable knowledge and meaningful inputs. The trainer explained the generational classifications in a very simple yet impactful manner. He helped the participants understand how personalities, perspectives, communication styles, and values vary based on the generations they belong to. What made the programme even more special was the way he connected theory with real-life examples. Through personality-based insights, he clearly demonstrated how Boomers, Gen X, Millennials, and Gen Z differ — and how understanding these differences can improve relationships, leadership, teamwork, and opportunities for the future.
