SUR/PETITION Formula for JCI members

JCI Coimbatore Indcity, JCI Saravanampatti and JCI Coimbatore Classic, 3 Coimbatore based local organisations of Junior Chamber International (JCI) organised a multi LO individual development programme on February 03 2026 from 06.00 PM to 08.00 PM at Hotel Chettinaad Courtyard, Coimbatore. Jc.Tensing Paulrajan, reputed Business Trainer of JCI India facilitated the training programme. 

In a very lucid and flawless manner, Jc Tensing Paulrajan elucidated about SUR/PETITION to the audience of young leaders. He initiated by introducing Edward De Bono's thought process related to SUR/PETITION and how it would be very apt business mantra. With a great mix of examples and activities, he explained how SUR/PETITION can be a pro active strategy that can create value monopolies which would not be bothered by traditional competition. He left the audience impressed with key takeaways from the formula and how they could transform their business with the idea.

The audience of around 70 members from the 3 Local JCI organisations found the programme both interesting and inspiring. One among the audience mentioned the programme as an eye opener while another mentioned that he was inspired to apply the formula immediately to enhance the business. The entire audience was appreciative of the way in which the learning was facilitated and conveyed appreciations to trainer Jc.Tensing Paulrajan. 

Jc.Sridharan Yuvaraja, President, JCI Coimbatore Indcity, JFM Javid Hussain, President, JCI Coimbatore Saravanampatti and Jc Anto Franklin, President, JCI Coimbatore Classic made the necessary arrangements. The leaders of JCI also reinforced how JCI as an organisation provides leadership and learning opportunities through its diversified programmes and emerged as the leading network for young leaders and entrepreuners.
