JCI COIMBATORE COSMO emerges strong at 46th Installation Ceremony, PHOENIX

The 46th Installation Ceremony of JCI Coimbatore Cosmo, the longest active JCI Local Organisation of Coimbatore was successfully held on Sunday, 04 January 2026, at JR Banquet Hall, Coimbatore from 07.00 PM to 08.30 PM. The installation ceremony was named as Phoenix and it was presented in a retro style, symbolizing rebirth, strength, and renewal. From the invitation to an exhibition of retro items in the installation venue, the Phoenix concept struck a chord with the audience. The installation ceremony was conducted in a flawless manner and it adhered with the Phoenix team reflecting the planning and coordination of JCI Coimbatore Cosmo. 

Jc.Aishwarya was installed as the 46th President of the organisation by Jc.Santhanagopal. Prior to the installation, Jc.Santhanagopal welcomed the gathering. The legacy of JCI Coimbatore Cosmo and its list of activities and achievements for the year 2025 was presented in a lucid yet lovely manner. Jc.Aishwarya was introduced as a 2nd generation JCI leader and the organisation was enhanced by leadership of her father, uncle and family members. Having seen the organisation from a very young age, a confident President, Jc.Aishwarya delivered an eloquent acceptance speech. She also introduced her team of office bearers sticking to the retro style which exuded refulgence. 7 new members were inducted into the organisation during the ceremony. The programmes for 2026 namely Drive Away Drugs, Business Brainwave etc were launched. It was clearly evident that the team of 2026 would enhance the rich legacy of JCI Coimbatore Cosmo. 

The Chief Guest of the event was Jc.Santhosh Kumar, Past National President, JCI India. His cogent address that explained the core values and modern challenges of JCI was well received by the vibrant audience. Jc Pream Charan, Zone President, Zone 17 was the Guest of Honour. In his address he hailed the legacy of the organisation and expressed his confidence about Team of 2026 taking it one step higher. The program was graced by Jc.Sathish, Zone Vice President, Zone 17, Jc.S.M.Palaniappan, Past Zone President, JCI Zone 17, Jc Ramaswamy, Past President and Uncle of the Current President, Jc Sakethram, Past President of JCI Coimbatore Cosmo, all of whom felicitated the team during the ceremony. The event was well attended by JCI members of JCI Coimbatore Cosmo, past presidents of JCI Coimbatore Cosmo and fellow JCI leaders from JCI organisations in Coimbatore and Zone 17. 

Junior Chamber International (JCI) is a worldwide federation of young leaders and entrepreneurs aged 18 - 40 with nearly 5 lakh active members. JCI Saravanampatti is one of the local organisations and is a part of Zone 17 of JCI India that encompasses Coimbatore, Tirupur, Nilgiris and Erode districts of Tamil Nadu.
